Mer-Moon Mother of Tides Talisman with rolo chain

This Mer-Moon Mother of Tides Talisman comes on a pre-fabricated, fully soldered solid sterling silver chain.

The twin-tailed mermaid / siren was hand carved in jeweller's wax and inspired by medieval woodcut art. She was made in accordance with the image described in the Liber Sigillorum for the Moon: the image of a half-woman, half-fish, holding a mirror in one hand and a branch in the other.

Set within her belly is an 8 × 10 mm A-grade mother-of-pearl, a gemstone ascribed to the Moon. The talisman was made during the Hour of the Moon, finishing at the elected time of 2:15 p.m. PT on 18 April 2026.

The second image shows my stepdaughter wearing the Mer-Moon-Mom Talisman I gifted her for her birthday / solar return on the 18" ornate chain. I have included this image as a size reference. The chain and some features differ from the talisman you will receive, which is shown in the first image on the 2.8 mm oval rolo chain.

The talisman you receive has not been handled by anyone but myself, the talisman maker and smith.

Default chain length: 20"
